giới thiệu
Máy hàn sợi quang KL-300 với chức năng tự động Focus. Tự động cân chỉnh lõi sợi (PAS) và hoạt động hoàn toàn tự động. Hiển thị hình ảnh sợi quang đồng thời trục X ,Y hoặc hiển thị trục X và trục Y, người sử dụng có thể lựa chọn cách hiển thị tùy ý. Tự động vệ sinh và kiểm tra chất lượng mặt cắt sợi quang. Kích thước máy nhỏ, trọng lượng nhẹ với đầy đủ tính năng. Thời gian hàn 9 giây, thời gian co nhiệt 5 giây có thể điều chỉnh thời gian và nhiệt độ phù hợp với từng loại ống co nhiệt. Màn hình màu LCD 5,6 inch hiển thị hình ảnh sợi quang sắc nét cùng các thông tin hàn và có thể điều chỉnh độ sáng màn hình phù hợp với ánh sáng môi trường làm việc. Cổng USB kết nối với máy Vi tính để đọc in kết quả hàn và cài đặt nâng cấp phần mềm. Cổng VGA kết nối với Màn hình PC. Pin sạc Lithium 8000mAH với thời gian hàn và co nhiệt liên tục được 200 mối hàn, Với thiết kế hệ thống nguồn của máy có thể kiểm tra mức điện áp của Pin và sử dụng đồng thời nguồn Pin và nguồn sạc điện AC trong khi hàn với bộ sặc tự động tắt khi Pin đầy và được chỉ báo mức điện áp của pin giúp tuổi thọ của Pin được kéo dài. Thiết kế vỏ thân máy chắc chắn cùng với vỏ hộp đựng máy được thiết kế làm bàn để máy vững chắc vừa tầm thao tác hàn nối.
Đặc biệt máy được trang bị phần mềm TIẾNG VIỆT sử dụng từ ngữ chính xác tương ứng với chức năng, tính năng của máy giúp cho người sử dụng thực hiện dễ dàng và chính xác.
Ngoài ra lò co nhiệt được thiết kế đóng mở nắp chỉ bằng một thao tác và tự động bật điện khi đặt co nhiệt và tự động tắt điện khi co nhiệt chín với đèn chỉ thị và âm thanh cảnh báo, với thiết kế của lò co nhiệt được ưu việt giúp rút ngắn thao tác và thời gian hàn nối đặc biệt tiết kiêm nguồn tiêu thụ của lò co nhiệt.
